At Maple Giant we believe that the Arts have real potential to change our society; for this reason we wholeheartedly support the work of 'Escape Artists'.

'Escape Artists' is an arts and education charity that was established in 1996. The company emerged out of a prison drama group that existed at HMP Wayland from 1991 to 1995.

Their purpose is to build a bridge from the margins to the mainstream; employing the arts as a tool for personal development and social change.
